											The Sinclair has a stucco exterior, two story-boxed bay with copper roofing and an arched entry with European brackets. The warmth of the Sinclair also has a formal flair. Upon entering the grand foyer you will see the partitioned dining room and sunken family room. A cozy fireplace is flanked by built-in bookshelves.  The uniquely shaped breakfast room is open to the kitchen and offers panoramic views to the outdoors. The secluded kitchen obtains considerable counter space and easy access to the garage.
